Hours: 32 hours per week (full time)
Salary: £30,000 + on call payments
Reports to: Helpline Manager

As a Helpline Supervisor, you will form part of a team who offer targeted support to trans young people as well as their families and the professionals who work with them. The Helpline Supervisors manage a small team of Helpline Service Officers and volunteers to provide up-to-date, accurate and impartial information and emotional support via calls, web chat and email.
