Consortium takes your privacy seriously and will only use personal information to administer your Membership and to provide information you have requested from us.
What information do we collect about you?
We collect your organisation’s data as well as personal contact information when you register your organisation with Consortium. This means we can maintain direct contact with named people within a Member organisation.
How will we use the information about you?
We use your information given during Member registration, or as part of the Member renewal process, to maintain regular contact with the generic group details and named contacts within Member organisations.
Personal contact details will never be made available to others, without your express permission.
Sharing information about you
Consortium offers a range of benefits for Member organisations and uses personal contact information to communicate this. The organisation operates a partnership with NCVO (National Council for Voluntary Organisations) and will share contact details with NCVO for eligible Members only where you give us permission to do so. This is only for the purposes of your organisation receiving free Membership with NCVO.
Access to your information, and correction
You have a right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email [email protected]. You can also contact Consortium by post at: Zone 5 Wrentham Business Park, Prospect Park, Exeter, Devon, EX4 6NA.
We want to make sure your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.
