Running the day-to-day of all Individual Giving stewardship, including sending
timely and personal thank yous, and onboarding new regular donors.

Seeking out new engagement opportunities to support donor engagement.

Monitoring and identifying potential funding opportunities from both local and
national government departments ensuring we can prepare applications in good
time.
Performing due diligence tasks to assess the credibility and suitability of potential
partners, donors, and contributors, safeguarding the organisation’s and wider
community’s reputation and interests.
Maintaining accurate records to ensure that we develop, engage and update our
supporters.
Fulfilling supporters’ requests and ensuring all relevant materials are sent on time.
Representing The Outside Project at fundraising and awareness events (from
conferences to drag brunches…!).
Using data and evidence to monitor KPIs and track trends, helping the Head of
Development make informed decisions.
Supporting the Head of Development with the day-to-day running of fundraising,
comms, and awareness activity.
