YPAS is seeking to recruit a committed Team Lead to join our established LGBTQ+ service.
The successful candidate will Lead a team of experienced staff to ensure quality accessible services for
LGBTQ+ children, young people (CYP) and parents.
The is role will work in partnership with a broad range of services to ensure assessable pathways, in addition to promoting the voices of CYP.
Requirements: Youth work / social work/ mental health or IAG qualification to degree level or
equivalent is essential, as is post qualification leadership experience
Salary: NJC SO2: SCP 25-27: (£33,945 – £35,745)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
