MindOut is looking to employ two Clinical Supervisors to the Counselling Service, which provides 12 weekly sessions to the LGBTQ+ community. We are looking for qualified Counselling Supervisors to join our team in providing fortnightly group clinical supervision to our counsellors who are either trainees or qualified. In addition, the successful candidate will commit to attending monthly meetings with the Counselling Service Manager and the Clinical Supervisors Team.
To be eligible for this position you should have as a minimum a Diploma in Counselling or Psychotherapy and a Certificate in Clinical Supervision, with detailed knowledge and experience of working therapeutically with adults (18+) in the LGBTQ+ community. Ideally, you will have experience of working with trainees and small groups, and be competent to offer supervisory support to trainees working from different approaches, across a range of settings.
Job Type: Freelance contract with an expectation of a minimum of 5 hours monthly
Start: June 2024
Salary: £50 per hour
