We hold an online heart circle on the last Thursday of the month, 6.30-8.00pm.
This is a space for QTIPOC who self-identify as trans, non-binary, genderqueer, gender expansive, gender nonconforming or are questioning their gender identity

The session is based on the meditative practice of the heart sharing circle, as founded by the the Radical Faeries and practiced in the Edward Carpenter Community.

After introductions and grounding exercises, everyone in the group is offered 5 minutes to speak freely from the heart, during which time they will not be interrupted.
The rest of the group will listen to whoever is speaking with compassion, kindness & without judgement.
Everything said in the heart circle is confidential.

This is a nurturing space in which to be witnessed by & witness others. The session will close with grounding & sharing of supportive resources.
