Spectra deliver sexual health and well-being services. This includes:

  • Information, screening, condoms and lube
  • Counselling (including generic and a dedicated counsellor for trans, non binary, fluid and questioning people)
  • Outreach
  • HIV testing and health checks
  • Social groups (including 3 peer run trans groups)
  • 121 support, mentoring and information
  • Groups, including mindfulness

Spectra identifies, designs, delivers and monitors inclusive services for under-served groups, delivered by peers, through the lens of sexual health and well-being. We utilise solid evidence and listen to communities, to deliver appropriate services which respond to emergent need and unmet gaps, particularly around sexual orientation and gender identity. Services are free.
