Pan London Forum for LGBT+ staff networks in local authorities

Our Aims
We aim to:

• be an inclusive, welcoming and supportive network for all LGBT+ employees and straight allies
• promote equality, inclusivity and diversity in the workplace
• help and support LGBT+ staff in Local Authorities in London
• align visions and champion our shared goals whilst acknowledging the diverse individual needs within each Local Authority
• provide support and problem solve on a single LA level to London-wide issues facing our workforce
• provide the opportunity to capacity build and network

Our Objectives:

• Offer regular presentations and workshops
• Celebrate and highlight successes through a regular newsletter
• Meet quarterly with a forward plan and themes for discussion
• Use the mailing list to share information across London
• To share best practice and lessons learned for the experience of all LGBT+ Staff fora
