Pride UK Training and Consultancy is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company providing free webinars on strengthening ‘LGBTQ+ Inclusion in the Workplace’ for HR professionals, as well as the national LGBTQ+ inclusion quality standard Pride UK.

All members of our training team are experienced and qualified managers, trainers and HR consultants who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans. We often train in LGBTQ+ diverse teams so that HR professionals can better appreciate the complexity of our different identities and different issues and priorities in the workplace.

The Pride UK quality standard (www.prideukqualitystandard.com) is awarded to all UK organisations assessed by our CIPD qualified managers as providing an LGBTQ+ inclusive workplace culture and a quality customer service experience to lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people.
