The charity Oxford Pride was founded in 2003 with the objective to promote equality and diversity, advance education and eliminate discrimination in relation to LGBTQIA+ community.

Oxford Pride is a celebration of lesbian, gay, bi, trans and queer life in Oxfordshire. Events throughout the year aim to promote awareness of the diversity of LGBT+ issues by providing information, education and entertainment to all of the community.

The highlight of the annual festival is Pride Day on the first weekend in June and starts with a colourful community March through the beautiful city centre that brings everyone together in an inclusive and welcoming environment.
