To promote and support the well-being of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and those with non-heterosexual or non-cis identities (LGBT+) people and those affected by LGBT+ issues in Worcester and South Worcestershire.
To educate and inform the wider general public and statutory bodies in the area regarding LGBT+ issues.
To provide a safe space for LGBT+ people, their families and friends to meet.
To recruit and train volunteers to facilitate group events where there is an interest or need.
To provide signposting to further LGBT+ affirmative resources e.g. one-to-one support, sexual health services.
To challenge the under-reporting of hate crime and to support those who are affected by such crimes.
To provide a consultation opportunity to statutory and other agencies.
