Micro Rainbow is a not for profit social enterprise that supports LGBTI asylum seekers and refugees. We do so through a holistic approach to integration which has three key programmes:

1. Safe housing: we are the only organisation in the UK to run safe houses exclusively for homeless LGBTI asylum seekers and refugees.
2. Social inclusion: we run activities that reduce isolation, help people build new friendships and improve people’s mental health and self-esteem. They include weekly peer support groups, art projects and mindfulness workshops.
3. Moving on: we run workshops that improve people’s skills in finding employment, accessing vocational training or education. We also facilitate job opportunities.
