Creating a safe space for LGBTQ+ in tech to be heard within the North East. • Running events both physically and online, developing a community that fits all walks of life. • Supporting those within the tech industry, raising positive awareness and representation, offering a platform to be heard, and opportunities to develop. • Supporting those looking to work within the tech industry, acting as a hub of regional opportunities; jobs, networking events, skills development etc. • Supporting technology businesses to become more aware and educated in the ways to support and encourage a diverse workforce.
