We work with businesses to build open and inclusive workplaces and we work with LGBTQ+ people so they might have all they need to thrive in their careers and lives.

Our team bring a diverse range of perspectives and lived experiences and boast a wealth of experience working across voluntary, public and private sectors.

100% of our profits are invested in creating opportunities and programmes for the LGBTQ+ community across the UK.
