Providing an online and (safe) in-person presence and community for all those identifying as LGBTQI+.

Hosting and facilitating social and community events that will be open to all, regardless of gender or sexual orientation. These events will also provide promotional and trading opportunities for local businesses, as well as fostering inclusive workplace cultures in the local area.

Supporting LGBTQI+ members who are exploring ways of coming out, or may be struggling with their coming out.

Support & signpost as peers, local LGBTQI+ people who may be having issues surrounding harassment and discrimination.

Challenging discrimination and bigotry and work towards making Bicester a friendly and welcoming community for all.

Working with local authority (Bicester Town Council / Cherwell District Council) and other organisations like OYAP (a local youth arts charity) to host a community Pride event for the town.

Supporting those with intersectional identities, including women, people from ethnic minority backgrounds, people with disabilities and other minority groups.

Providing a safe, welcoming, and confidential environment for allies to the LGBTQI+ community who wish to discuss LGBTQI+ life or LGBTQI+ issues.

Engaging with local commercial business to gain support for a larger Bicester Pride community group.
