Always Another Way (AAW) is a respected provider of low-level preventative mental health delivery within West Cumbria and was formed in 2016 following an identified need within the community. At AAW we work with people to develop improved support networks and family relationships. AAW delivers low level preventative Mental Health Support for age 11+ young people, through to Adults, from a dedicated team of coping strategies support workers.

Our services include
1:1 support,
“Connect”- Adult social group work,
Alternative therapies; Laughter Workshops, Aromatherapy, deep tissue massage and reflexology,
“Colour Coded” LGBTQ+ group for 11+ and an Adult group
Mental Health awareness courses for community groups.
