XF was created as a solution to the current chronic reality faced by trans and non-binary individuals seeking public gender-affirming healthcare, our goal is to enable free access to a network of trusted private providers, who can provide patients with a high-quality gender-affirming care experience, based on sensitivity, care, and timely access.

We are currently seeking individuals with experience in Account Management, Commercial Law, Fundraising and NP auditing to join our board of trustees (if you don’t have the exact experience however, interested and passionate about our mission we’d love to hear from you!)
