Tonic opened the Uk’s first LGBT+ retirement community in September 2021. As the Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in the Tonic team, managing our contracts, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, developing our operational plan and risk management. You will lead on our LGBT+ affirming offer, customer services, wider community engagement, fundraising and oversee our shared ownership sales operation. You will have the exciting role of ensuring our values are embedded in our service delivery and contributing to our future direction, development and success. You will work in a small team reporting to the CEO, and deputise in their absence. As an inspirational and highly customer focused leader, you’ll share our passion for our mission and bring skills which will make a positive difference to our residents and community. You will oversee and ensure the success of our community building activity within the first LGBT+ affirming retirement community in the UK. You will lead the development of our volunteer programme and fundraising to further support this work. You will be an ambassador and connector to the wider LGBT+ community and stakeholders. We are looking for an exceptional community focused Housing Operations professional who shares a passion for Tonic’s mission, with:
