The Policy & Evaluation Officer will keep abreast of all key policy needs for LGBTQ+ young people in Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and the surrounding areas, and plan advocacy strategies and activities to influence local policies and practices. Initially this role will focus on healthcare for trans, non-binary and gender diverse young people, particularly in the area of mental health support.
The Policy & Evaluation Officer will develop and deliver appropriate data collection mechanisms and analyse the resulting data to assess the impact, successes and challenges of programmes and projects across the organisation.
