Title: Training Lead.
Reporting to: Director of Development.
Direct reports: None.

Role context: In the last three years alone (2019 – 2022) we’ve provided consultancy, training and workshops to over 280 organisations, services and housing providers.

You’ll be delivering quality LGBTQ+ specific training to organisations (both in person and online), seeking and securing new business contracts, managing our Inclusion Standard, and leading on the promotion and delivery of our new eLearning course.
