• Fixed Term – 9 months (with possible extension depending on funding)

• Full Time: 40 Hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
• £30,000 per annum

• 26 days pro rata plus bank holidays

• Line Management responsibilities: Bookkeeper, Technicians, Front of House Staff, Freelance Staff

ABOUT QUEERCIRCLE
Queercircle is a new LGBTQ+ led charity working at the intersection of arts, culture and social action. In June 2022, we will be opening the doors to our new home in the pioneering Design District, North Greenwich, providing a new home for LGBTQ+ artists, and safe space for LGBTQ+ people.
As we prepare for this significan organisational development, we are looking to build a small dynamic team that is reflective of our diverse community and able to shape and deliver Queercircle’s community focused programme.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Operations Manager is an important role within the Queercircle team at an exciting moment in our development. You will ensure that the gallery runs effectively and efficiently. This includes overseeing key administrative tasks and strategy; facilitating and coordinating exhibitions and events; supporting and implementing marketing, communications, and development initiatives; and overseeing and managing finances, personnel and HR.
