KeshetUK is recruiting a new Executive Director to lead the organisation into the next phase of our development. Working alongside an engaged Board of Trustees and with three excellent professional colleagues, the Executive Director will both run the organisation on a day-to-day basis and think and lead strategically. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact within the British Jewish community.

Purpose of the role
The Executive Director is the professional leader of the organisation. Key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering the organisation’s priorities as laid out in our 2022-2027 strategy
• Ensuring financial sustainability through fundraising and budget management
• Managing the professional team
• Being the primary ‘face’ of the organisation to external stakeholders
• Working with the Board of Trustees to ensure good governance
