Free2B is a small not-for-profit with big ambitions. The Operations Manager is an exciting opportunity to join our team in this new role to provide operational management and support the ongoing development and growth of Free2B.
We are looking for the right person who can drive forward our organisation to deliver more impact to more LGBTQ+ young people in SW London.
This role represents a great opportunity to develop and expand strategic, organisational and leadership skills.
As a youth organisation we particularly welcome applicants with any prior youth engagement experience and would be open to explore potential hands-on opportunities to compliment the main role.

- Operational management.
- Strategic Development.
- Financial and Fundraising Responsibilities.
- External Relations and Promotion.
£41,600 (FTE £52,000).
4-day week role with flexibility to deliver across 4 or 5 days to suit.
