Join the GI team as a HR Manager!

As our HR Manager, you will foster a supportive, safe, and compliant work environment. Alongside this, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing the overall people experience, providing expert advice and guidance to both managers and employees.

You will contribute towards the delivery of our organisational strategy: to “improve the quality of life for trans people” which is relevant for our service users, clients, and the wider public, but also our staff team, the majority of whom are trans or non-binary.

Job Overview

Hours: 1 FTE (5 days per week, or 35 hours)
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: £35,745 – £39,186(+ £3,000 London Weighting where applicable) per annum pro rata
Band: 6 / Spinal Points 27-31). We expect to make initial appointments at the lower half of the scale. NB We are approaching the end of a six month comprehensive staff benefits review, and pending Board approval, the salary for this role will be increased with effect from 1st July 2024.
Location: Remote / London: we are open and amenable to discussions around flexible working practices.
