In 2018 Saskia Lightburn-Ritchie, CEO of My Cheshire Without Abuse, realised that their service was not as inclusive as she once thought. In what promises to be a transformative talk, Saskia will share her journey of embedding trans-inclusion in their service, why doing so is important, how they approached this issue and the positive impacts this have seen as a result.
