We are excited to be back holding in-person networking evenings!

The first of our autumn networking evenings is being hosted by Trowers & Hamlins LLP who have supported HouseProud by hosting events and have attended Pride in London and UK Black Pride together.

Please arrive between 6pm and 6.30pm, after hearing from our guests you will have an opportunity to network with people from across the Housing Sector and Trowers & Hamlins staff over light refreshments.

Our guest speakers are Moud Goba from Micro Rainbow and Thelma Ndaula from Say It Loud Club.

Moud Goba, National Manger from Micro Rainbow will talk about the work the work of Micro Rainbow and the helpline they launched for LGBTQI people fleeing Afghanistan. We will discuss ways that the Housing Sector and individuals can support Micro Rainbow.

Thelma Ndaula, Housing Project Manager from Say It Loud Club will talk about the club which is a community for LGBTQ+ asylum seekers and refugees in the UK. The Say It Loud Club was founded by Aloysius Ssali , find out more about his story here
