EVR and On Your Side have joined forces to host the ‘Community Care Retreat,’ a day dedicated to fostering well being and cultivating mental health support within ESEA communities.Explore diverse aspects of wellness through four carefully crafted workshops, taking place throughout the day. These workshops are our offering to the community and will explore meditation practices, self-care techniques, and the influence of culture on our mental well being. The event also offers a leisure centre providing free food, a mindful market, drop in art sessions, and more!
