This role sits within Stonewater’s Supported Housing business which delivers quality community and accommodation based support for some of the most vulnerable members of our communities, including specialist young peoples support services and domestic abuse services for those fleeing domestic abuse.  

The purpose is to deliver an informed and person-centred, strengths based support to members of the LGBTQ+ community who are accessing Stonewater’s Supported Housing services at Swindon Safe Space and the domestic abuse dispersed properties. To work to enable them gain essential skills to move on into more independent accommodation.
