The Trans+ history lesson we never had
QueerAF’s annual LGBT+ History Month crowdfunder 2024 is raising funds to learn and celebrate the momentous and millennia-old history of transgender, non-binary, gender-diverse and Intersex people.
They’re crowdfunding for £5,000 in total, and after smashing their first goal of £1,000 they’ve stretched their target to £2,500.
This year’s crowdfunding is solely to cover the costs of the incredible Trans+ creatives who will create new tools in the fight for Trans+ and LGBTQIA+ liberation in the UK.
These stories and resources will come out at the beginning of May, which will either be the month of our general election – or the start of campaigning for one.
