We are acutely aware that many LGBT+ organisations across the country are beginning to think about the impact Coronavirus (COVID-19) may have on their services, events, service users and staff. Consortium has been keeping an eye on the guidance created for the voluntary sector and would like to share a round-up of the current guidance:

We are also aware that some organisations are thinking about staff working from home and would be very happy to chat about the implications and practicalities of this, with Consortium being a fully office-less organisation. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss this.
The key guidance right now is to remain balanced and ensure you are well prepared. Remind all staff and service users of the importance of washing their hands (for at least 20 seconds) regularly and to avoid touching their faces with their hands.
