Trans Masculine Support & Advice UK (TMSA-UK) is a UK based support group for all those who identify as Trans Masculine, Non-Binary and Gender Variant AFAB people. We provide peer support and advice to members around gender reassignment or those who are questioning in an online interactive community. We are committed to and strive to provide a welcoming, safe and non-judgmental platform for individuals to ask for and share help.  We work on Facebook’s private (formerly secret) group platform, which allows anonymity, privacy and safety for the members. It is not searchable on Facebook and your membership and posts will not be seen by anyone else except other members. The UK health system has always been confusing and difficult to negotiate when it comes to transition, however recent changes to pathways has made it somewhat easier, but the lack of knowledge among GP’s and other health providers is still causing confusion and anxiety. We aim to pass on personal knowledge through peer support and referral enabling members to access the information they need to ensure whichever route they take is as informed and smooth as possible. We offer support for those transitioning on the NHS, through private routes and those who are transitioning non medically, relying solely on our members to share their experience and knowledge, encouraging participation where possible. With over 2700 members our personal knowledge base is huge. Alongside the support group we provide a social group for our members, also secret, which encourages social chat and friendship. We have a regular monthly meet in London for members. If you would like to be part of our group then you can contact us via our Facebook public page :  https://www.facebook.com/TMSAUK/
