YPAS offers a range of support and therapeutic services for children aged 5 -15 years, young people aged 16-25 years and their families in Liverpool.

Established in 1966 YPAS is a charitable sector organisation that supports children, young people and families to address their mental health and emotional well-being difficulties. The delivery of our citywide services includes: primary schools, secondary schools and across three locality community hubs.

Within YPAS sits our LGBTQ+ youth provision called GYRO. There are 2 x LGBTQ+ groups provided- one for 12-16 year olds (secondary school age) and one for 16-25 year olds (post secondary school age). GYRO also offers 1:1 support for LGBTQ+ young people aged 10-25 years old. GYRO also works closely with the wider LGBTQ community in Liverpool as well as trusted organisations in the area and wider region.

THE Action Youth (Trans Health Education) is our trans, gender diverse and gender questioning service offering a group for 12-18 year olds and also offering tailored 1:1 support for trans or gender diverse or questioning children and young people depending on their needs.
