Community Action on Dementia (CAD)

Ashford Place

This 3yr project aims to set up a network of Dementia Cafés around the borough of Brent. These are places for people with dementia and their carers to relax, socialise, do activities and get support and information. Dementia Cafés days, time & contact: Information about groups can change so we recommend checking with the contact person before making a journey.
