We provide counselling and psychotherapy to individuals and couples that are experiencing issues with depression, anxiety, sexuality, sexual identity, relationships. We offer a low-cost service for  those on benefits or can prove they are on a low-income. There is a sliding scale for our Low-Cost services on our website Therapy and Fees

We do specialise with those from the LGBTQ+ community, however, we do not discriminate in helping anyone looking for counselling/ therapy – everyone is welcome at Albany Trust.

Therapy sessions: Monday - Friday 8am -9pm. Saturday 9am-4pm. Adminstration hours Monday, Wednesday, Friday 12pm-4pm
