Trustees are integral to everything we do at The Trans Tearoom. From deciding what services to offer, how funding is spent and the future direction of the project.

If you’d love to see a flourishing trans-led service in Birmingham, then why not come on board as a trustee? As a trustee you’ll be equipped to support the running of our brand new non-profit, meeting fantastic people and learning new skills in the process.

We’d particularly welcome applications from folks who have one of the following skill sets:
– Finance
– Fundraising
– HR

We would love to recruit more gender fluid, non-binary and trans trustees, but we are also looking for Cis Gender allies who can bring specialist help. Trustees would meet every two months to make decisions for the future of the project, with a mixture of online and in-person meetings in Birmingham, UK.
