The Programme Manager (Youth Work) role leads on the delivery of youth work services, and supports the strategic development of The Kite Trust more widely, to meet the needs of LGBTQ+ young people across Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and surrounding areas.

The Programme Manager (Youth Work) will have wide-ranging responsibilities for the performance and development of youth work services and operations, including individual support, youth groups, family support and residentials. The successful candidate will ensure that service delivery occurs in line with funder requirements and that both positive outcomes and value for money can be evidenced.
