The Training Content Manager works in our Empowerment Team and leads a small team to design all of our innovative training content. This includes workshops, programmes, residentials, events and bespoke pieces of work for both our workplace and community audiences. We’re passionate about supporting people to develop the knowledge, networks and confidence they need to create a more inclusive society.
You will be key in enabling a theory of learning for every person who walks through our doors. You will work as part of the Programmes directorate and contribute to Free To Be Strategy, by designing content that leads communities on their journey to change.
You will work with stakeholders internally and externally and be driven by excellent content design. You will bring a collaborative, constructive pedagogical design to all you create. This role requires excellent attention to detail, dedicated commitment to research and a willingness to teach and learn concepts around LGBTQ+ liberation in an engaging and accessible way.
