Salary: Full time, £33,000 per annum plus pension contribution

Spectra CIC delivers health and well-being services in London. The post holder will manage a trans health-specific advocacy service, this will include the delivery of casework, developing and running advocacy workshops for trans communities and healthcare providers, and supervision of a small team of advocates.

You will have a good understanding of the health and well-being needs of trans communities, an understanding of access barriers in underserved groups within trans communities, and how to engage and deliver a service effectively with people who need advocacy support.

You will have a good working knowledge of Office programmes including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

To better serve marginalised communities we currently particularly welcome applications from trans people of colour and/or those with key language skills.

The role will be a combination of working online and at the Spectra CIC office in Ladbroke Grove.
