Since 2014, Proud2Be has been supporting LGBTQ+ young people in Devon and beyond, to lead empowered, fulfilled, and authentic lives.

With support from the National Lottery Community Fund, we are really excited to expand our youth project and are looking for a dynamic, kind, enthusiastic, and inclusive youth support worker to join our fabulous team!

We particularly welcome applications from LGBTQ+ POC.
