We are looking for two Black/ Black mixed heritage trans, non-binary or gender questioning people to join our team of youth workers and form part of our growing trans youth work service at Gendered Intelligence.
In light of the nature of this position, GI considers the candidate’s gender identity and race to be a Genuine Occupational Requirement in accordance with Para 1, Schedule 9, of the Equality Act 2010. Therefore we are only requesting applications from people who are (or identify as) trans, non-binary or gender-questioning and also as Black, including mixed race/ mixed heritage.
Lead Youth Worker
10 hours per month
£25,295 – £28,785 plus £3,000 London weighting where relevant pro rata
Assistant Youth Worker
64 hours per annum or approx. 5¼ hrs per month, with optional additional hours most months
(£22,911 – 25,295 plus £3,000 London weighting where relevant pro rata
