We provide people with the skills, confidence and network to make lasting change.This role provides an excellent opportunity to support us to develop our offering and expand our audience. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running to develop our sales and marketing work in a B2B context to achieve ambitious goals.
As a charity it’s crucial that people understand our mission and you’ll play an important part in ensuring our work speaks to all members of the LGBT community while centring the most marginalised. This is the perfect role for a strong collaborator as you’ll be working inside and outside of Stonewall to streamline what we do and better connect our teams. Reporting to the Head of Empowerment you’ll focus on developing robust marketing and sales practices to stabilise and grow our income. You’ll be involved in all aspects of the team’s work and have the chance to facilitate our programmes and support our workplace team.
