This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and qualified counsellor/s to join our developing youth counselling service, enabling us to increase our counselling support to more young people each week.
In this role you will work with 12-18yr old LGBTQ+ youth for up to 14 weekly sessions.
You will need to be a confident, ethical practitioner with previous experience of working with youth/ young people and be able to demonstrate an ability to work from a trauma informed approach, with understanding of the intersectional needs of LGBTQ+ young people.
We are seeking a qualified counsellor/s who are registered with active membership to a relevant professional body/ bodies, and appropriate professional indemnity insurance. You will be required to maintain records of your work in line with elop’s policies and procedures, have a good understanding in safeguarding and be required to work within elop’s safeguarding processes.
In-house clinical supervision will be provided for this work.

Freelance Sessional Work:
Up to 5 client hours/ week; plus 2hrs clinical supervision/ month
