Global Project Manager (Hate Crime)

Location: London
Closing Date: 23rd Oct 2020
Stonewall (square)

Employment Type: Employed

For the last thirty years, Stonewall has been working to achieve equality for lesbian, gay, bi and trans people. As a charity we rely on the generosity of private individuals, communities and organisations. Without it, none of what we do would be possible. Join us as our Global Project Manager.

Reporting to the Director of Global you’ll focus on working with our partners in the Western Balkans and Turkey to develop a reporting platform on hate speech and hate crime.  You will be involved in all aspects of project development and ensuring good communications with our partners and internally at Stonewall.  As the Global Project Manager you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of actors across the Western Balkans and Turkey to ensure that the reporting platform is secure and that any data used is responsibly managed.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skillset and step up as an ally and role model. It’s a varied role in a dynamic environment so you’ll need to be fully up to speed with the principles of how to record incidences of hate crime and hate speech in a context where there are a range of challenges.
