This is a fantastic opportunity for a Communications professional who works in a collaborative, innovative, and agile way. The charity is happy to consider applications from individuals with previous Head or Director of Communications experience, as well as from individuals who are ready to step into their first senior management position.
Core experience vital to the role is significant experience gained in a communications setting, including; managing a multi-disciplinary team; proven experience of partnership working and stakeholder management at the highest levels; and demonstrable experience of developing and leading campaigns that have made a positive impact on the external positioning of an organisation and its cause.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence, as well as interpret complex information clearly and concisely to a range of audiences. In addition, you’ll be a natural leader with the ability to inspire others.
