We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and/or Trans (LGBT+) youth support worker to induct young people into the project, facilitate groups and offer one-to-one support. You will also act as a positive LGBT+ role-model for our service users.

You will join a growing, professional and passionate team who support LGBT+ and exploring children, young people and their families and challenge exclusion, prejudice and discrimination in all areas of their lives.

Job Details

Job Title: LGBT+ Youth Support Worker
Hours of Work: 16 hours a week
Salary: £24,491 per annum pro rata
Term: Funded until March 2023
(Subject to passing probation and funding thereafter)
