Join us this St. Patricks Day to have some fun & watch Outitude: The Irish Lesbian Community!
Grab something green to wear & stock up on your favourite drink, soft or alcoholic!
We will be watching the documentary Outitude: The Irish Lesbian Community which shines a light on Irish lesbian herstories, for the first half of this event.
We will then play some drinking games, and give you a chance to meet the other LBTQ+ women attending.
Whilst we can’t all go to the pubs & have fun conversations with strangers, this is your opportunity to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day as normally as possible this year!
OUTITUDE is a heartfelt documentary that attempts to get to the core of what it means to be lesbian. We explore what defines us, what connects us, and what are our commonalities. We spoke to rural and urban lesbians, poets, writers, activists, self-professed bar dykes, queer women and curious women. Personal stories tell of the diversities of identities, tales of coming out, experiences of homophobia and the varied types of activisms that offer a kaleidoscope of the richness and diversity of our lesbian community.
HOW TO WATCH THIS FILM

We come together on Zoom, but we watch the series on our own devices so you will need access the film through the website link above.
