‘Selfish’ Creativity Workshop with poet Antonia King!

Join ‘Selfish’ Creativity Workshop with poet Antonia King to to better understand yourself and events in your life!

Workshop overview

So, this workshop will be all about how to use writing to better understand yourself and events in your life. So much of our writing is done to be read, this is all about writing for yourself – selfish creativity! We will be using prompts and techniques to do some creative writing that is just for you, essentially, we’ll be taking a deep breath onto a blank page!

The session will include

Writing tasks, prompts, and exercises that aim to help you center yourself.  You will learn how to use journaling or creative writing in a way to understand your deepest emotions and desires.

By writing about a favourite place or a person, a perfect day, reminders of affirmations or a mission for tomorrow, you will tap into your feelings while enjoying the time to create something wonderfully intricate Just for YOU!
