Unwind in the evening with this guided mindfulness meditation led by Meriel Rosenkranz.
During this difficult time many of us are experiencing anxiety and finding it difficult to relax. Many of the activities we’d usually use to clear our minds are no longer open to us.
Here’s where mindfulness meditation can help. Join us for this guided session which is open to everyone, even if you’ve never practised mindfulness before.
The sessions are conducted by Zoom and will last for around an hour.
