These sessions are a safe space to help you relax & replenishment your energy. The sessions will be guided by different meditation practitioners, and range from body scans and mindfulness of breathing to gong baths. The benefits of mindfulness and meditation is increasingly evidenced as being beneficial for well-being, depression, anxiety, physical health and more. Mindfulness is recommended by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) as a way to prevent depression.
There are many apps, and online tools we can use. However, sometimes it’s not so easy to start, or find time to practice. These sessions will support you by providing a time, structure, and a space for you to join, and be with others in practising relaxation, connecting with yourself, and gain benefits of just being yourself, and doing nothing.
