LGBT History Month Workshop – Creating Practical Change in the Workplace – Digital Workshop
February is LGBT History Month. This is an opportunity to reflect on your LGBT inclusion work. Use this session to take time and learn ways to step up as an active ally to the LGBT community.
LGBTQ+ History Month is an opportunity to reflect on how far we’ve come and to redouble our efforts to create a more equal society for LGBT people. During this session we’ll explore some of the key moments in LGBTQ+ history to deepen your understanding of the movement’s past. We’ll also look at present-day LGBTQ+ issues and discuss how you can effectively use the momentum generated this month to make tangible changes for LGBT people at work.
Join us for a 2-hour interactive workshop at 10:30 on 08 February 2022. You’ll gain knowledge around the history of pride, and the confidence to plan meaningful pride celebrations for your organisation.
